Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

The following terms and conditions apply for any workshops, memberships, and event tickets that You
purchased with Us. These policies are an addendum to the General Terms and Conditions presented in this page.
By requesting a return or refund, you bought our workshops and events at BNI Taguig EasyPay.
And with that, we want to say Thank you. We are committed to delivering quality services and we are happy
when our clients and referral partners are delighted with the experience.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or
plural.
- “Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to
Referral Partners Inc. - “Goods” refers to the items/services offered for sale on the Service. All items stated on the website do not
Include delivery fees, such fees will be addressed internally during the processing of your orders. For services, the cutoff time is two days before the scheduled training. - “Service” refers to the Website.
- “Website” refers to BNI Taguig EasyPay accessible from https://bnitaguigeasypay.com/
- “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, the company, or other legal entity on
behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
- Should circumstances change and you need to cancel your registration, you can do it any time at
least 2 days before the event. - For cancellation of registration, you must send your request via https://bnitaguig.zendesk.com/
our back-office team is assisting you with the process. - For refunds, wallets like Gcash, Grabpay, and Paymaya, your payment will be reversed to your
e-wallet account once our back-office team checks and completed your request via Zendesk. - For the refund requests, the following information will be sent to BNI Taguig with the subject REFUND.
- Complete name
- Contact number
- Reason for cancellation/ refund
- Bank details (for refund):
- The request will be sent here.
- Alternately, you may also choose to use the fund for future workshops. Please send a request here with the subject VOUCHER.
The Schedule of reimbursement and settlement fee of canceled products or services purchased from the
website is every Wednesday.
The Cut-off for all refund requests is every Tuesday at 2 PM, otherwise, they will be processed the
following week.
Processing of reimbursement takes 3-7 working days from the cut-off period.
Settlement and fees will be deducted accordingly:
1) Full Refund for declined applicants or declined renewal;
2) Bank transfers fee will be deducted from the total amount paid for all payments and deposits made to
Region’s bank accounts.
Notification for the Settlement of refund will be sent to the email thread from Zendesk including the proof of
fund transfer.
Conditions for Returns
For the merchandise to be qualified for a return, please make sure that:
- The merchandise was purchased in the last 14 days
- The merchandise is in the original packaging
- The following merchandise cannot be returned if:
- The supply of Goods was made to your specifications or personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned,
deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over. - The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene
reasons were unsealed after delivery. - The supply of Goods which are, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returns that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Merchandise
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the purchased merchandise to us. It should be
addressed to 215 Anilao Bdlg., Bonifacio Heights Condominium, Lawton Avenue, Taguig and a
corresponding BNI Taguig Zendesk ticket is logged.
We cannot be held responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we
recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of
the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
